Why I started the Meaning of Work podcast

Hear Ross's interview with The Story Mill on why he started the Meaning of Work podcast series, why he chose to go to SXSW in Austin Texas, and how it has changed his own work and life. Through his research and the podcast series, he hopes to discover how people make work, work for them.

For some, work advances their life and takes them to places they didn't think they could go to, it gives them satisfaction that they can't get anywhere else, and it gives them a sense of fulfillment and meaning. Those who have achieved that are the inspiration. It can be like that for everybody and through the Meaning of Work podcast series, Ross hopes to inspire people and give them the confidence to find their own happiness and meaning at work.

"SXSW is a melting pot of ideas and people. It challenges everything you assume, I think it's utterly bonkers."- Ross Reekie, Founder of Rise.
